Buyer precautions
Im looking at a pair of dodge cummins. One is a 96 and other is a 94. The 96 needs lift pump and hasnt been run in 2 years, but turns over fine. the 94 has been sitting for apprx 3 years, and we know it doesnt run, from pump issues. What are some points that we should address on these trucks beffore we make a finall offer.
any help greatly appreciated

I would take a 5gallon can of diesel, a electric fuel pump with some alligator clamps to hook to battery, and a piece of hose to hook up to the stock pump and try to fire up the 96 that way, make sure it runs before you buy it
What he asking, overall condition, 4x4's, ext cab, manuals... 95% of the general population dont buy things that dont run. Sitting that long will cause alot of issues but they can be fixed but keep that in mind if you think your gonna put a pump and and go.
