8mm, it'll pop pretty good if'n it hasn't been off for a while or at all, so watch the knuckles. I would strongly suggest AFC tuning. merely dumping in pre-boost fuel just puts the fire out. But....if all smoke and no go are your thing you're on the right track.

you loose go power if you have a poorly tunes AFC. that is what we are trying to tell ya. its not all about smoke. TUNE the truck. if you want a god awful amount of smoke. put some 370 injectors and some lazer cut DV's in it. you could prolly find both for $500 it will be the hottest smokiest mess on the road. the cops will be up your tailgate, your truck will run like poo but the ricers will have soot on their drivers sides.

if its tuned and running good leave it alone. maybe grind a new plate from your stock one. what size are you running? im running no plate right now. went from a FF#6 gonna try a 0 plate soon. little more smoke with nothing but really similar performance for the mods that are done. same boost numbers and all just a little more haze at WOT maybe a 100 degrees or so on the pyro

stock slid forward because of a stock auto. what is the highest plate i can go with and still make my tranny last.

it will eventually let go with a stock plate. they say a #6 is as far as you can go with a stock tranny. this is why i have one. it was my first mod. grind yours to a 0 and slide it accordingly.

STOCK POWER WILL KILL A TRANNY IF YOU BEAT ON IT ENOUGH, SO IF UR GONNNA UP THE POWER OTHER THINGS WILL NEED ATTENTION 2

i dont beat on it other then getting on it mostly taking it easy would it be better power wise to grind to 0 or get a #7 plate
