96 programer, fuel economy gauge?

Default 96 programer, fuel economy gauge?
is there a programer for a 96 cummins, like just for the trans or something, or is there a bully dog thing or something like it that you plug in and it tells you fuel economy?

There isn't anything that I know of besides lock up controllers. The 12 valves are all mechanical except for the trans, and that's just for OD and converter lock up.

absolutely nothing, the only way is with the trip meter and a calculator
