Default new stacks!

alright i dont have them on the truck yet because heres the deal. i got them from a friend when he bought his they gave him the wrong ones and sent him the new ones for free. so i got the other ones. these are 48" stacks, they are way to tall for my truck IMO. i want it to look like this truck in the picture the guy said they are 36" stacks and the t-pipe is about 2 inch off the bed. i have a friend that welds he owns a shop and he said he will cut these stacks and re-weld the bottoms because they are 4-5 inch stacks. i was thinking of telling him to make them 36" and if i want them a cupple inches lower i can cut the pipe that connects to the 't pipe' what do you think?

cut them yourself and just put a reducer at the bottom of the stack. get some band clamps and you are good to go no welding needed
