any ideas?
truck is eating batterys!.... 3rd set in 2years. they work great.... then i get in the truck one day and its dead! so i jump start it.....drive it for a an hour and it will start the next day....but if i sits longer then 48 hours its dead again. any ideas? i am using napa gold series batterys.... all 3 sets were. they replace them under warrenty....but it just drives me nuts. O and i have disconnected the grid heater and it dosent make a diff.

Really depends on accessories creating a draw, any good tech will be able to determine a reasonable draw for the truck. For instance if you have accessories that have a constant key off hot, you will have a larger amp draw. A factory truck without those accessories would be lower. Generally less than 35Ma.
