Default fuel pressure drop

should the fuel pressure drop to 0 when you shut the thing off.? or do i have a leak in my gauge line somewere?

It should keep pressure in the line, other wise be hard to start.

it should keep 25 psi witch it is at idle even when truck is off?

No I'm not saying it should keep that much pressure but there has to be some pressure or air will get in.
