glowshift gauges ???

hey im new to this whole thing .. i just purchased a 97 12v that was my uncles .. he passed away and now i have it, the truck has 13k origional miles on it and has some motor work done 2 it .. anyways i noticed that the isspro boost gauge wasnt working in it the other day, everything seems to be hooked up and pluged in.. but i was gonna order a digital trans temp gauge and a digital boost gauge to match the red digital pyro it has. and i ran across glowshift gauges.. the price is cheap ... i was wondering if anyone had some persional experience with them ???? and are they worth the money ??
If you want digital guages check out Autometer or Cyberdyne

Dont
Dont ever, ever, ever put in glow shift gauges, I am installing a set that i bought, I have hacked it up too bad to return, the wiring kit is too short, the faces spin on them, they wont change color for some reason, the studs on the back of the gauges are too short as well as the mounting screws, and they just feel cheap. Save your money, if i had it to do over, i would go with someone else.

I have a glow shift diesel multi guage and it goes dead about once a month. it is 6monthes old and i call them and they say send us gauge and sensers and they will test! i think they wont test for month! so i figured out if i unplug power and hook up it back up it workes. not your favorate thing to do when you in parking lot wanting guage to work. i guess you get what you pay for.

I hate my glow$hit gauges that I have. my pyro and trans temp are ok, but not even a month after I installed them, the boost gauge lighting got screwed up. Same boat as pukie370...pretty sure I'll never see it again, or I'll end up having to pay full price to replace it, under "warranty". For that much, I can buy a new gauge from either Isspro or my preferred, DiPricol.

Did you ever find out why your boost gauge was making that ticking noise? Mines driving me nuts! Glowshift are shitty, just got them and my fuel pressure senders already pooched. Not impressed at all.
