a 96 12v didnt come from the factory 215hp. 185-190 to the wheels. 400-420lbft of torque. Just a couple fueling tweaks isnt going to get you to 300hp. Sorry. You are probably closer to 230-240hp. With Edge and other mods, the Maxi-pad is 390-410 hp to the wheels. But like the other guy said earlier, take pride in the fact you have the better truck long term. Air down your rear tires, 4 low, and let the torque fight for you. Dont spin your tires. Grip is key. You could lose but atleast your front tires wont be pointing at eachother will your pulling. :c:

he asked who would win between the two and got an answer based on the mods done to each and what your planning on doing with them.

I would lose big time in a hitch to hitch hook.

Just arm wrestle or something, and save the damage to your trucks.

'96 12v = $5,000 low-$10,000 high vs '06 D-Max $17,000 low -$35,000 high

this is not "apples to apples" here!?
