no offense but your gonna lose i love 12valves but that edge gives him the same amount of power yor mods gave your truck and he has more power stock but who knows maybe youl get him off the line or something

 

there is something to be said about RPM's and as stock as you are you have 2300ish he can simply turn his wheels faster. Hp is go fast and torque is go far.

 

i sled pull against several d maxes with efi live. one with a bigger than stock turbo. tq is where i beat them. dmaxes run good though.

 

Look guys, I am the guy he is talking about. My truck is an 06 LBZ with a basic Edge evolution, AFE stage 2 with turbo elbow, 4" cat back Magnaflow and that's it. So with that being said what now?

no man you can totally take that guy...Cummins man!no I just wanted to start my post a little different.My dad has an 02' that will walk all over the cummins.but when it comes to working on the truck remember that we have that advantage, along with more confident towing abilities, more power potential and $#!t man...our trucks burn anything we put in the tank.so we gotta give the other guys something right?

 

well i had injectors a cold air intake and a hx35 hittin 40 lbs of boost 191 dvs a 0 fuel plate and 3gsk and a 400hp clutch and could stomp a 04 lb7's *** all day. anyways a fuel plate wont do much i mean yeah its a step but not much other then win to a stock truck like yours.you wanna beat him spend a lil money and you can. 3gsk bump timing to 16* do all afc mods and TUNE IT get 191 dvs and 5x12 injectors a 62/14 turbo and a clutch and if that dont beat a 05 dmax with just a chip then im sorry or you cant drive

 

Also by the way guys.... We ain't running down a drag strip. I am hooking bumper to bumper.
