I got halo headlights to put in my 95 i cant get the old headlights out. I removed the 3 bolts that hold the lights in but they wont come out. do i have to take the bumper or the quarter panels off to get them out?

 

i put new smoked headlights on my 97 and i had to take the bumber off to get them on. Kind of a pain in the *** for some headlights

 

I haven't had to pull the bumper on my '01 to remove the headlights. On my truck, there are the 3 10mm head bolts, and then there is another coarse "bolt" that goes into a spring clip. Its on the outsides of each assembly. A good tug, or light pry gets them free. I'm not sure if its the same on a '95 as '01 though.
