Default Losing prime

I'm losing prime and I know it's in my factory braided stainless line. I've run 3/8 aluminum line from the tank fwd and back, but I retained the factory braided lines. I cut them and just hose clamped them to the 3/8 line. The truck started hard recently and I checked the fuel lines and where the connection is the line was wet. The return line is dry as a bone, there appears to be some rust on the clamps too. It's the supply line that's leaking. I want to replace it but I don't know the fitting size (or location). Can someone help?

It looks like it leads to the lift pump, is that right?
