if you run just the 24v lift your truck would run but it will not have the right fuel press for the p pump, the vp's required supply press is too low for a p pump. I don't see why you couldent use it as a pusher pump to feed the stock lift pump tho.

No you dont want to run the 24v pump as a single I would and I personally am doing this shortly going to run a 24v pump to push my stock 12v pump.

i wouldnt do it personally... if you put 15psi fuel pressure to a p-pump you will be hurting it instead of letting it feed itself... just like dave i would say to maybe use it as a pusher if your getting it cheap enough but you must remember that the main reason why a vp pump goes out is cause of their junk lift pumps... IMHO save the money and eventally get an AirDog 150 or 165 ADII with the adjustable fuel pressure... try running around 40psi fuel pressure...

the good ratio i have seen is 100 rpm to 1psi fuel pressure

IE 4000rpm you want 40psi
