yea i think if that dont fix it ill cough up a bunch of money and put a new vb in it....theres a guy wanting to trade me a super clean 95 5 speed with a dual disk in it already but its single cab. im so tempted but i really need the ext cab...hmmmm

 

Well if you want a 5 speed doing a swap isn't too bad. You can find 5 speeds for a reasonable price.. Alot less than the 6 speeds.

 

yea if i could find a doner truck i probly would but for the money id have in that i could also have a built auto

 

put in new gov sensor and solinoid today and problem is 100% fixed. now it just seems like the 3-2 down shift is really hard. still feels like theres no power and takes forever to get through 4th untill lockup but im guessing thats just the stock stall converter. its at about 2k rpm untill lockup and just feels gutless
