my 97 runs and idles fine but when i haul something or put the motor under a load it starts to studder and will die. ive replaced the filter and lift pump and still have the same results. the repair shop is saying its the injector pump but im looking for a second opinion on things i can look at. also ive heard the exspression of (dead pedal) and not sure what or if its some of the things my rig is doing.oh ya after it studders and dies it will start right back up with no problem.any help would be great since my next step is the shop.

 

Possibly the overflow valve, do you have a fp guage ?
