No way you need a 66mm to run the DDP 140's (5x.014's I believe)

A 62 or 63mm upgrade wouldnt hurt anything though.

I agree. 140's would honestly be a bit laggy on a 66... They probably say that just to cover their own a**. If you have the money I would leave the injectors and plate and do a 62mm turbo. You'll be very happy with it. A turbo upgrade is one on the best possible things you can do to these things.

the truck studders between 1000 an 1400 rpm other than that it runs good. When i get off the highway for some reason it almost sounds like theres a miss at idle slightly. Is there any tuning to the afc or pump i can do to remedy this

Good tuning to the AFC certainly wont hurt anything, you might mess around with it and see what you get. If the guy was running an agressive plate and 5x.014's with a stock turbo, hes likely got the pump tuned for smoke, you might take it down some and see if it helps.

These trucks do stumble a little bit at idle with fuel mods. Big injectors and pump tuning will definitely cause it. It's not really a problem. You will notice it the most when you get off the highway as the truck is running the hottest at that point, and the fuel is thin because of re-circulation. Most modded trucks do have a miss-like idle.

How hot are you getting? I was thinking about running some 5X.014 and 191 delivery valves 100 plate and then everything else in my sig is up to date using the stock turbo.

You could but I see towing out of the question.

EDIT: I see you dont even have an HX35 since you have a 94, Im guessing you have an H1C?

Only towing I do is a 3 rail motorcycle trailer with our gear. I will check out my turbo when I get home but I think its an HX35. I have the wastegate plugged right now since I'm not worried about a head gasket with o-rings and studs in it.

You should worry about the turbo though. Anything over 32-34 pounds puts a h1c out of its map and then results in drive pressure issues, super hot air, and a shortened life on the charger.
