I have a 1998 cummins and my friend has a 1995 cummins and they are the same truck except his is faster ! The only difference in the trucks I can fine is mine has an egr and his doesn't is this what's slowing me down ? And how do I delete it ?

 

I'm pretty sure you can delete it with factory cummins parts. I've only seen a couple 12v EGR trucks from cali. I believe the EGR is on the intake elbow? Post some pics and i'm sure we can figure something out.

 

i bet his has 3.54 ratios and yours is 4.10 or something...

 

which hp pump? and has anybody removed special bolt in pump cover?
