cheap power.... set timing to anywhere between 15,5-16,5°....
crank the starwheel a little, till' the spring is loose and then tighten it until the spring sits on it...
i'm not sure if you're tranny is beef enough for this but... these are the remaining tricks, since you've already done the #0 plate...

good job with beefing the tranny, have your timing set to 16,5° and make sure your plate is slid full forward..
AFC should be full forward too, what hp rating did your truck have OEM ?

at least 60lbs Valvesprings and a 4k GSK will also be handy... this is a good prep for a bigger turbo as well
not really expensive considering the change it makes on the truck... faster, quicker throttle response & such...

Yeah transmission junked out so I decided to build it up, I had a 96 mustang that I had stuck a old GM diesel in and slapped a couple turbos on it, Didnt finish it but sold it and used the money for the truck, Plan on doing the GSK and want to do the timing on it as well when I get to it, really want to swap to manual trans though to make it more simple, Bigger turbo this summer I hope, want to go with the ATS arura 3000 seems like a good turbo for the money and seems it will work good for what im doing. Broke rite now but once I get more money I will be doing more to it. Thanks again for your help, been doing research but experience is everything!
