Default build from scratch

Hi all, new to this forum, but I've been lurking and learning for a while. I have a 96 motor out of an F800 that is currently in the machine shop, I plan to start assembly sometime next week.
My plans for this motor are-
Airdog and lift pump delete
remove fuel plate & 3k kit
50hp injectors
Dunno which turbo to run, not even sure if I want to use the stock manifold or not. I'm not trying to break the bank, but I wanna do this build right. I dont wanna get this motor built and find that my s366 isn't working right for the application. Down pipe sizes are not too important as the build already requires plenty of fabbing.
This motor is taking the place of the Duramax motor in my 05 Kodiak. The 6BT is mating to an Allison 1000, it came stock in the truck but is being built with an ATS kit as the motor is being built.
The truck is running 5.13 gears and pulls almost always.
Great to be here and thanks for listening.

I'd love to if you guys would like to see it! I'll trade pics and the story for tech advice! I've learned so much here, looking forward to getting it in my truck.

I wouldn't run a 66 in a kodiak. Is it a p7100 or a p3000 injection pump?

Go with the 4k kit instead of the 3k you will like it much better and its like a $20 bucks for the small spring.

I'm on the fence about the 4. I'm seeing people express concern over cam wear with the 60lb springs, I don't know how comfy I am with that
kit w/o springs. am I ignorant?

60lb springs won't wear the cam. If you are concerned about it though just run some revX in the oil.
