So I pulled the old 12v out and sent it to have it honed and they told me it's still alittle glazed. You think I should go ahead and bore it bigger? If so then how much?

you have the $$$ for bigger pistons? .020 over makes her a 6.1L cummins

How much are just pistons, rings and wrist pins? Can u tell a difference as far as power?

bigger bore would be great if you have a good size charger,as for pistons contact Mumau Diesel he is a cummins dealer and can hook you up with the right pistons for your needs.
