95 busted tranny again
#12
so the newest update with the auto shop, is that I went to the county court house and started the paper for the max I can sue for in small clams court for 3,000 bucks. I have a good legal advisor on my side. (my Aunt)
I have also talked to a new shop on the other side of town and they will remove the tranny and write a letter stating the reason for busted parts. The told me it most likely will be the convertor from the way it was acting on the highway when it should be in lock up.

the 96 will be an re with like a 7 pin connector, the best way to do it on that would be to find a wire diagrahm, i have one that came with a shift kit but i dont the pins on the tranny are labled or marked, i know you will have to install a jumper on the trans realy on the re tranny
if you had the pan off you could trace the wires back form the two cylinoids in the pack

I would tell the shop you are going to hire lawyer and fight them since your warranty isn't up there is no reason it should of went bad except for that they didn't build it right. If they say you must of hauled a lot, most guys with diesels do haul a lot and the tranny they built you should have been made to hold so that you could haul a trailer.

its easy you have a 3 pin connector on the trans on the driver side, the middle pin is 12v ing. source in, the pins on either side are for lock up and od, you just have to run a wire to them and then to a switch and then to a good chasis ground, use to seperate switches
