think you need a 10"rim w/ 4" backspacing

Depends heavily on rim offset. I have ~33's on my 2wd with only a very slight rub on the rear of the fender liner. I lifted it roughly 3/4" with spacers and no rub at all. The rims tuck more than normal "4wd" rims though. I believe they're 20x9" with -30mm offset. 0mm offset would rub like crazy. On a 4wd truck and lifted you will clear easily with the right offset.

So basically it sounds like it all comes down to the backspacing on the aftermarket rim you choose??? I ask because I have the chance to nab cheap set of 18x9 mamba M2rims wrapped in 325/60R18 Hankook MT's. Checked website and they are only made in 5.5 or 4.75inch backspacing. Will either of these work on my totally stock non lifted 02 4x4???? According to my calculations makes it roughly a 33.5 inch tire but 12.75 inch wide?
