throtle sticking

Default throtle sticking

this morning i got in my truck to crank and the throtle stuck and its still stuck anybody ever had this to happen

Is the return spring good? linkage or cable bound?
If the above is free, try pulling the AFC/plate off and see if it unsticks it. maybe the lever just got caught under the plate? If the AFC/plate removal doesnt do it and you cant gently pull the throttle lever back to idle, you have either a stuck rack or barrel.

i just took my cable off it is whats stuck was there a re-call on the cables i have done had the linkage ends put on it everthing moves free with out the cable on it
