No...its not the same as the 24V...the filter is further in...I dont know enough about the 95's to give you specifics...but, I believe that is a spin on filter which is different than the later ones.

The fuel filter is a spin on and is a real PITA to change for me. I have to fish my arm in and come up underneath it. Wouldn't be so bad if the brake crap wasn't in the way. Usually spill fuel all over the place.
Oh and make sure you unplug the WiF sensor and rip that stupid little hose of if it's still there.

Because the wiring gets all wrapped up and around the filter wrench if you have to use one to loosen it. Been there done that one to many times.
No, the primer is down on the the lift pump. Sawed off broom handle comes in handy to prime it so ya don't got to reach down in there.
