timing=more power?

so timing will reduce egts with 370 marines or make them worse

if the cylinder pressure gets high enough or if you have a lot of miles on the engine it could crack the pistions couldnt it? if something else doesnt blow first..

Its gonna be higher just because their bigger injectors. If you want low EGT's keep your foot out of it. (thats how i see it) i dont mean to be a d*ck bout it

What about when towing with advanced timing. I no egts will be higher anyhow from pulling a load but is there anything else you can fill me in on.

Just take it alittle slower and keep a eye on the EGT and boost gauge. The only thing i know, thats what i do.

Yea i have been never let it get above 1200 on the hills with the camper it likes to hover close to there running 65 or so. but just driving it's right around 750-850

I wouldnt push it above 1000*F Someone told me that if the engine is above 1100 (i think) it doesnt have a purpose

i try not to just happens when it downshifts the turbos spool and bring it back under control in a couple seconds

What do you egt's run with those stage 3 injectors i was told to go with 5x12's stage 2 and i have twins. they said even at that it will roll coal.
