I just checked the voltage on my tps. It looks to be quite high at 1.92 volts how do I adjust this. I think its throwing my whole truck outta wack. It has no overdrive locks the t/c in and out and wont go over 61mph.

Yup just checked it out. I've never heard of anyone using one on anything other than a 1st gen. I'd def try to adjust yours since it's free then try to go that route

 

Isn't his a 1st gen? Its a 98, not 98.5.

 

Its considered a 2nd gen 12v

 

1st gen = ve 12v

 

Dnr customs kit works on 2nd gens or just by the pot meter and do it yourself.
