AFC help

What is the easiest way to get to the AFC and open it up? Thanks

a swivel and extension on a ratchet or pull the air horn off. there are only 4 bolts on the top to remove. try not to break/strip them.

When I slide my plate around and do my do, when I want to test it do i need to tighten the bolts back down all the way or just snug?

just enough so it wont move.

And when i removed my AFC there wasnt a washer inside over the spring, just the one with the rubber gasket around it. Should there be one?

there should be a large washer on BOTH sides of the diaphragm.
