on my 94 dodge the head lights only work on high beam and the steering wheel can be in any position, but when on low beams are on the steering wheel has to be all the way up or one click down. im sure its something in the colum but i dont want tear it apart with out having a idea with what problems these dodges have thanks shayne

 

sounds like a wire is gettin pulled from the switch
