intercooler relocation

thermostat is a brand new cummins thermostat, radiator is a brand new cummins radiator, waterpump is also brand new and flows more than enough water, and it is an electric fan that blows twice as much air as the mechanical fan did. and it only happens on hot days so i know its not something like a thermostat because that would cause it to do that even on not so hot days

like i said this is not a cooling issue this does not happen at all with the ac off or when its under about 98* or so. its not ever over heating i know my cooling system works fine. but under heavy load in 105-110* weather it runs alot hotter than i like to see. i would like to be able to run my chevy radiator not the piece of junk dodge one that isnt even half the size of the chevy one. but in order to do that, the intercooler needs to move. so im just trying to figure out what cons moving the intercooler will have, not trying to troubleshoot why its overheating i already know the cause of that

i didnt put a/c in my fummins converiosn for that exact reason i would rather have a cooler motor and cooler egts then cooler cab but i live in north idaho also were it only gets over 90 for a few days in summer months
