First off let me appologize for telling u to get a programer. Smoke is jus unbernt fuel which isn't good even tho It does look badass wen a truck roals some coal.

I have no idea why people even mess with the smoke screw. I had more than enough fuel available in it's stock setting! And too much fuel down low actually make your truck SLOWER...

Right but the smoke screw won't give you any real power gains but if that's all your after just take the screw out and find one that's twice as long and turn it all the way in

Man your making a mistake, I'll tell I did the same thing when I was younger and had my first 12 valve, all I wanted was smoke, and thats what I got along with a big bill when I had to rebuild my engine. But I can tell ya the street manners of your truck will be alot better if you grind your plate and TUNE your afc, my truck just has a little puff then its off like a rocket which is alot better than a truck that makes alot of smoke and no go in my opinion. But if all you want is smoke than yank out your fuel plate and loosin your AFC screw all the way, You'll be sorry I promise ya that
