Mine did that too in the low rpm's after I bumped my timing up I had to adjust my AFC to give it a little more fuel with low boost to make it stop doing it hope that helps ya out a little

1995 Auto Hey I have the same EXACT problem.....LOL But now as an added plus it is blowing blue smoke at start up and misses really bad until warm. I thought I had found the problem. Broken valve spring on cylinder 3 exhaust but that's fixed and it still does it.......
New injectors, adj timing, checked fuel pressure, changed fuel filters, changed oil, worked on the AFC.... Yeah I think I am experiencing a blown head gasket or cracked head...If you listen real hard when it is idling you can here something that just isn't right. Its like it is missing on 1 cylinder.........Not sure ! Let me know what you find......I will do the same...Mine will do it any time you are lugging it.

Mine will shake so bad that rust falls out and and my I cant even focus my eyes on the road LOL

Ok Updated! Pulled the head going to check valves tonight. Don't look like a bad gasket but I need to further my inspection. It looked like some of the material between the center cylinders is missing some of the gasket. The rings looked ok. Number six has some rust on it. Maybe anti freeze into cylinder ? It was not losing any though that I noticed. If I turn the head upside down and pour water in it that should work to see if I have a bent valve correct? Any info appreciated...
