called the radiator shop wont attempt it cause its so thin. the leak is so bad ive been able to pin 50lb boost max now is 20lb at 60mph going up the hill to my house was always 10lb and now its 0 unless i peg it. i built a leak tester and all the air leaks out.

Find another radiator shop... Those things are not rocket science and they are repairable. In a pinch (pun intended) you can even use a pair of pliers and just pinch off a tube to seal them up.

to answer the egt question:

Pre intercooler temperatures can be has high as 475°F. An intercooler with a good efficiency can drop this down to 150°F.

That means your egts can rise maximum by 325°, but only under full load.
You will not use full load while driving without an intercooler, won't you?
Because your intercooler temperature drop equals in egt drop.

I would use some epoxy metal and save some money until I could afford a good aftermarket replacement intercooler. Look at it as a chance to upgrade.
