I would look into a DTT Noise Filter. This will cause the TC to Lock and UNlock back and forth.

well i did knock the metal tabs out to rotate a little to give more votage to increase shift points. weird thing as well is with o/d off when in 4th truck will not down shift. but with o/d on truck down shifts the way it should. which ground wire would i be looking for? thanks!!!!!

also i have my ground wire from the alternator wrapped in electrical tape: to prevent any noise. not sure if is very effective.

I have tried about everything you can think of and the only thing that worked for me was the noise filter.

i dont know if napa sells them or not but it would better to get it from a vendor here so as to support the site that helped you get your information and solve your problem, not to mention you might get a better deal here anyway. glad we could help
