Default fuel plate problem

okay so my truck runs good with the plate in but when i take the plate out it runs doggish and after i run it i cannot get it to start again bot sure of the problem? the truck does have 251000 miles

with a stock turbo its gonna be sluggish thats alot of fuel

what does your fuel press look like with out the plate?
