okay smoke em if you say i dont have enough fuel then what do you suggest me running with the setup i have that will keep my truck within the safety of stock studs? and egts?

your intake manifold gasket definitely needs to be changed. that wont stop the charger from lighting because the charger is turned by exhaust pressure not air. but you will be losing your boost going into your engine so that gasket will need to be changed.

i have 5x.014's in my truck and it lights the turbo up pretty good and i have the same turbo you do. and since you dont have any injectors i would think that adding some more fuel with newer injectors might help ya

Trying to figure out why owners try to push the limit on their motors and not do the job the right way the first time

i still have it gated to 40 psi because i dont have studs or anything yet. but egts are good even at full fuel i dont see over 1300 if it do its barely over that. i dont have delivery valves or a fuel plate so you might be a little hotter than i run but the injectors are nice
