Ok so after you work my truck or drive it for a pretty good distance when you let it idle it has a lope to it. The truck runs great. Does this sound like it could be a gov spring issue? Or injectors?

sounds like your getting air into your fuel lines somewhere

 

mine does that 2 when im stopped at a stop sign, i was thinking i had bad fuel pressure, but could be air in the line, when is the last time you changed the fuel filter?

 

whats your ideal at? mine did something like that for awhile, it run great cold but when it got hot the ideal was really low and it sounded like it had a cam in it

 

good call on the fuel filter, I should have asked that.

 

The fuel filter has about 4500 miles on it. I change it every 5000 with the oil.
