You might want to make sure everything in your AFC is 100%. When I tuned my AFC the spring cut the diaphram and I would be at WOT and no smoke and my EGTs were only about 900* @95mph when we went to adjust it we found out I needed a new diaphram, now it smokes like a train and my EGTs are about 1350* at WOT

i know a 90/370 is a 5x.012. whats a 75 then? 5x.0115? 5x.01125? whats a 50hp? 5x.01075? just trying to clear it up. a 215 is a 5x.010. so, figure it out. 50, 60, and 75hp levels are BS.

pull the afc off and check it with shop air psi and see how far if any it moves

when you have the afc off start it and see how it smokes just free reving it

who the

cares about injector nozzle size......do you have a edm or extrude hone machine? Are you making your own tips?

When I buy a set of injectors I need to know more than just what hp it suposed to be rated for, that tells you nothing.

thank you, that was kinda what i was getting at. there are companies like pensacola that have been called and questioned about their injectors and they didnt even know the hole sizes or any important info on them.
