Default alittle smoke help please

alright heres what im running into its my buddies 97 12v has a #5 fuel plate ff, afc ff and starwheel tuned well, also running 75 hp sticks with the wastgate blocked, and a K&N filter one would think it would have even the slightest haze or a little coal rollin but none what so ever. now normally this is what we all shoot for great hp minimal smoke good response low egts, and so on so dont give me the lecture on smoke, im well aware already what excess smoke will do. but this one has me stumped with the mods it should be at least a haze at best or at least let people know its a diesel! its possible the fuel and air mixture is about perfect but i even tried to get little bit out of her by unplugging the wastegate and given it more pre boost fuel....still not a haze even from a dead stop. any input just trying to let people know there's a diesel under the hood

how much boost does it pull?
if it has that little screen by the fuel heater it could be pluged up. but i dont think 97 has it. check overflow valve maybe its shot letting all the fuel return. check fuel pressure

what dshane said. check pre screen, fuel heater, fuel filter, OFV and fuel pressure. if all checks out but pressure, then probably time for a lift pump.

also, theres no such thing as a 75hp injector. though either way, it should have some smoke. is it a 5spd or auto.

its a auto it will haze a bit useing the lockup switch but thats all. it pulls a steady 35 psi od boost over all the truck is a runner its just a smokeless wonder. and ill look into the 75 hp sticks thats what he was told it had so there might be some falseness going on.

X2 they make a bunch of 75hp injectors just run a search on google they all come up....but anyways that still doesn't help me. the truck runs very well doesnt cut fuel or anything, could it be the lift pump not supplying enough fuel and just enough to run well, cus i think we can agree with a 5 plate ff and 75hp sticks on a stock turbo and intercooler there oughta be at least a haze.
