Default lost 5 pounds of boost

i have a 98 12 valve with a 215 hp pump #6 plate 140 hp nozzles ats turbo, snow water injection, fass lift pump new filters.i wouldnt say i know it all but im no dummy either.....anyways i just put a 4k gov spring in and thats the only thing that changed and as a result i lost boost. i have 60 lb valve springs so the valves arent floating,it seems like i lost fuel??i have 50 lbs of press to the pump,i went from the stock gov springs to the 4k and lost boost.....any ideas?????

make sure the measurement from to stud to spring retainer is between .045 and .050. sounds like you did not get the springs set tight enough for real good fueling
