Are you sure? II think My 02 had a 1 peice housing. I had to get a new yoke after the swap because my old one was too small to fit over the shaft.

I will have to go look at it to be absolutely sure it was a one peice.

just cracked the cases on 2 of em, i don't think the 40" tires are helping my cause, so I ordered up an indexing ring which is supposed to eliminate driveline vibrations, I don't have any vibrations, but my angles may be to severe so hopefully this one helps, all I know is I'm not putting royal purple in this one, they have been breaking to often for me to justify the $100 in fluid in them

I could have them mixed up, there is a defference between the 1 and 2 peice tailhousings tho

Ok FastCR whatever you say, anyway if you want a good transfer case get an SCS transfer case, apparently they've been making cases for like 11-15 years or something and no one has ever broken one yet
