tater..pm me a price on that tranny. is a 47rh?....yea billet trans are not cheap.. around $5000 for a triple disk, valve body, billet shaft and labor....o and a flex plate. and if ur doing pullin or drag racing alot you may want to do an intermetiate shaft also

Hey as far as cold starting I'll tell you what. I'm a die hard Ford fan but my 12v starts easier on a 20* day not plugged in with 256k miles than my 132k mile psd would do a hot start on a 70* day. But I've also been told that's due to the heui setup pushing the injectors on those

ya the powerstroke has to have oil pressure before it will crank
