Ok that still doesn't mean it's working correctly... You never answered on how tight u have the star wheel? How about the smoke screw ever adjust that? Hook up compressed air to the boost ref port on the afc housing to see if it actually moves the foot. The looser the starwheel the sooner the rack travels allowing full fueling sooner.

i haver already done all that too the afc housin the foot moves fine!!! the smoke screw has been adjusted numerous times!!! dosn't seem to matter if its one way or the other, an as far as fuel plate i have taken it out an still makes no difference!!!

only thing i have changed when i put truck back together is put airdog on there 191dv's and injectors

Settle down I'm just trying to help... The AirDog is supplying at least 40psi?

im calm bro, just irritating hearing the same stuff over an over... the airdog puts out 50psi but bounces back and fourth when i free rev the motor to 1500rpms its wierd, i have tryed 3 diff gauges, an same thing. its noisy too. not sure what thats all about!

Shouldn't be noisey, AirDog made their setup so it wouldn't be. After I installed mine I had to get outa the truck and crawl under to make sure it was running! All of these parts were brand new?

when there noisey like that it normally means there is air in the system somewhere

Have you changed the filter lately it could be staving the pump for fuel. Pressure and flow do not go hand in hand.

the pressure bounces back an fourth from 50 to 40. the airdog is brand new!!! and the filters have been changed but did look clean when pulled off. it acts like it never has a load on it when you turn it on..
