Default tranny adjustment

so getting ready to service the tranny. question is adjust the bands or not adjust bands? tranny had complete rebuild 22,000 miles ago. shifts fine and no problems. some people say to do it others say HELL NO!!!!! if it shifts fine leave it alone!!!!!!! please chime in.

I would check and just use your best guess if you thinks they are too loose then tighten them.

those cheap repair manuals have the sequence in them for checking and tightening the bands, it wouldnt hurt to check them,

more than likely since you have no issues i wouldnt touch them...... you can check but you can ruin a trans by screwing this up
