Dave will tell you as he has seen how we roll the jet,the gentleman who drives the truck knows what he is doing and has driven more diesels on that dyno than you could ever imagine.SGS has been dynoing diesel since waaayyy back in 2001 when they did mine during a Saturn Owners Performance day.
Your transmission should be fine,HOWEVER,you would probably benefit from a lock-up switch to help keep it locked as the stock transmissions have a tendency to downshift when you least expect them too........Andy

here is the thread about it, I went on sunday to the fall brawl and saw some very strong running trucks. This spring I will be there on saturday spinning the rollers and sunday to watch.

I do not think that you have a charger as big as TJ Bates has on his 24v.
When that thing lit on fuel alone down at Lloyds to say I was impressed is a understatement.Then when he sprayed it I think we all got an eyeful and the poor fan got abused.LMAO!
You will be fine Tater...I have seen some very big chargers get lit on a 248 and lay down a number.
