Default need some help

my 94 cummins has an aftermarket bigger turbo with 190 hp injector nozzles and the nv4500 tranny it has a 2 inch leveling kit with 35" mickey thompsan atz tires on eagle rims but my problem consists when i give it a lot of throttle in lower gears it backfires and spit and sputters if you try to get on it in L and 1 gear i know it isnt topping out either in the rpms so if you could let me know it would be awesome

First what the heck are you trying to say? Second if I am understanding you at all id say its a mix of low timing and governor springs.

You will need a timing kit. Don't go any higher than 16.5* of a stock headgasket with no rings or studs. Its a very simple job if you know what your doing. The hardest part for most is finding tdc. With stock GSK you'll only fuel to 23-2400.
