need some help
my 94 cummins has an aftermarket bigger turbo with 190 hp injector nozzles and the nv4500 tranny it has a 2 inch leveling kit with 35" mickey thompsan atz tires on eagle rims but my problem consists when i give it a lot of throttle in lower gears it backfires and spit and sputters if you try to get on it in L and 1 gear i know it isnt topping out either in the rpms so if you could let me know it would be awesome
ok i was just letting you know what all my truck had done completly before i asked a question
but i was thinking the same thing how do i adjust my timing or will i have to take it somewhere im pretty up to date on all that because i have tore down a few cummins for rebuilds just always back to factory

You will need a timing kit. Don't go any higher than 16.5* of a stock headgasket with no rings or studs. Its a very simple job if you know what your doing. The hardest part for most is finding tdc. With stock GSK you'll only fuel to 23-2400.
