my sons truck 94 twelve valver is missing all thru the powerband..........I cleaned the crank sensor thinking it was that but still missing, I didnt see any problems with the wiring on it either

anybody? what else should I check

 

Does it belch smoke any?? Sounds like a plugged injector.

 

I need to take it for a drive and see if the tach is checking out as well, this would tell us a big story right there

 

When's the last time the fuel filter was changed? How about the fuel strainer?

 

sounds like a fuel problem. Whats the color of the smoke if there is smoke?

 

Check the fuel pressure

 

You can rule out the OFV by pinching off the return line and going for a spin.

 

sounds like a bad injector
