hey have any of you had a problem loosing the the delivery valve caps any suggestions i am working on a buddies truck and i have a break over bar on them and i tried a cheater pipe to help please dont want to break off a holder

 

Hit the ratchet, you need to use a shock load, enough leverage can cause the barrel to turn inside the case.

 

thank you his were stuck mine were not even close to being that bad

 

i believe that they are torqued to 90ftlbs

 

Seat torque 25ft/lbs final torque 85ft/lbs.
