I'd start at 8 or 9. But it depends on how bad you want to get rid of it too. I just paid 4 for my 97 that has 300 on it in fair shape. Thats bout the cheapest you can get around me.

 

i paid 4800 for my 96 5spd with 170,000 on it and it is stock

 

just paid 3200 for a 94 4x4 260k nice body. and i had to beat the guy down

SIT on it at the assessed value for who knows how long....
if you take a third less than what the average price is you will sell it much sooner.
