I'd start by adjusting the star wheel on top of the afc. It sounds like you need to tighten the spring inside to lower the amount of pre boost fueling you have. If I'm reading your post right, when you floor it, it just sits their and smokes and once the turbo lights it hauls...

I tuned mine last weekend, jus did the star wheel, didn't touch arm or slide the housing anywhere. and now its very very little smoke and the truck has no lag what so ever.

Some others with more knowledge will chime in soon but the starwheel is where I would start

ya for the most part that is right, it still moves it is just like i am flooding the turbo and once it can light it will haul!!!!

ok how tight? it is like half way now? i did go full forward on afc and 100 plate just so you know.

I would start by tightening the star wheel, right now I have mine fairly tight with a 0 plate full forward and it gets it and minimal smoke... If you still cant get a good tune that you like I'd back the afc off and maybe slide your plate back a little.
