i have a 98 manf. in 97 12 valve cummins in my 2500 i deliver boats and trailers nationwide i have plate slid forward star wheel pot in place of tps lockup switch custom air intake setup straight pipe stack but when i start to tow 9000 lbs or more it puts a hurtin on my truck i have towed 12k to 13k a bunch and thats a lot! ol cummins wont quit! tranny is stock and internal parts of engine are also......any tip to get a little bit more out of her?

 

5 speed right? if so a 3250 DD 1 3/8th input hydraulics pull the plate out tune the afc to your liking 60mm ompressor housing 14cm non gated exhaust housing that should give you the umph to tow those heavy boats

 

I think he has an auto his sig says tcc lock up switch ... I bet a good TC and valve body would make towing life way better.
